Bailie's
Goes to USA Gymnastics National Congress
Philadelphia,
PA
June 19th - 22nd

Congress Class Room Session
Sharon, Tammy, Lacie & Gloria attended the USA Gymnastics National Congress
and Trade Show as well as the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. It was a busy four
days, packed with educational classes along with world-class gymnastics.
Education is one of Bailie's Gymnastics' top priorties.
This event offered a wide spectrum of topics in our sport. Session topics
included Safety, Preschool, Fitness, Sport Science, Business and
of course, sessions in
Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. Each staff member attending
will be presenting the information to the rest of the staff at upcoming staff
meetings.
Gymnastics training sessions such as Congress are optional for gym clubs across
the country. By sending staff members to such training, we are helping to ensure
that our staff members are up to date on the industry standards for teaching
and coaching. We want to help make sure that we have as much information as
we can in order to help teach YOUR child in the most fun, safe, and positive
environment we can!

After the classes were over, our Staff Members enjoyed a day of sightseeing.
They saw Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, the Betsy Ross House, and many
more historical places. They got to experience American History up close and
really enjoyed the experience.
Our Staff Members appreciated the opportunity to learn more about our sport
and the latest and greatest in teaching techniques, and to be able to mix in
some world class gymnastics competitions and once-in-a-lifetime sightseeing
resulted in an experience they'll always remember.
