Bailie's Wins Best of State Honors 4 years in a row!

Bailie's Gymnastics is proud to have been selected "Best of State" for 2008.

We have been fortunate to have won this award for the past four years in a row. We make every effort to give every gymnast a fun, safe, and positive gymnastics environment. We'd like to thank our Teachers and Office Staff Members for all of their energy and effort, and to thank all of you for allowing us to work with your children.

We really love what we do!

New Pit Foam!

Notice that new splash of red? We cleaned out the bar/tumbling pit and filled it up with brand new fluffy foam.

The project came in at $4,098.84. Those little cubes are expensive, but the safety and comfort of our gymnasts is our top priority, and your kids are worth it!

The foam in the pit allows gymnasts to learn skills with a more safe landing area, and gives them more security to try new things.

If you or someone you know would have any use for scrap foam, we have several bags of our old foam blocks available for free. Please ask in the office.

New Leos Just In!

We have just received a new shipment of leotards and unitards in the Gift Shop.

Each item in the new shipment is priced at or below $20.00 for leotards and $25.00 for unitards, so come in now for the best selection!

The Gift Shop is open during all regular class times, and if there is not a staff member in the shop please just ask in the office and we'll be happy to help you.

Learning to Perform in front of people

What a terrific, sometimes overlooked, benefit of gymnastics.

Gymnastics classes have the students perform their skills in front of other students which helps teach "performance" and makes performing in front of others easier.

Gymnastics students tend to be the 1st ones at school to volunteer to do things in front of the class as they have learned to "perform" which is going to help them throughout their lives.

Memorial Day Break

The Gym will be closed on Monday May 26th thru Wednesday the 28th.

Why Tuesday and Wednesday? Because we make every effort to give each weekday the same number of classes throughout the year, and there was an extra Tuesday and Wednesday for 2008. It made more sense to add these two days onto a long weekend than to be closed on a random week! Class tuition is based on four lessons per month, which is the average number throughout the year. (Tuesday and Wednesday students received five lessons in April.)
